Greek Kalamata Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup minced Oilio kalamata olives or Oilio mixed olives batch
- 2 tablespoons Liokareas extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced cilantro
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to medium-sized bowl or jar and mix with fork. Store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use. Will last up to 2 weeks.
