These figs are organically grown in the lush mountains of Kalamata, Greece and are handpicked - following the traditions of the Old World.  Simply washed and packed without any additional processing or additives. 

Figs are best known for being full of Vitamins; Rich in calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium and vitamins B6 and E.  Our sun-dried figs are soft, chewy and delightfully sweet that make a nutritious, on-the-go treat and are a great addition to any charcuterie board, cheese or nut platter.

Strongly fermented after being reassured they would be fresh.

My first few orders were amazing but after multiple badly fermented orders from Amazon I reached out directly and was assured fresh figs had been resupplied, so I ordered 3 bags. They were the most fermented bags I had received yet. A note was added to the bag excusing the fermentation. No one is expecting terribly fermented figs as opposed to dried figs. I was offered a return label for a refund, but I will never be ordering from Liokareas again. I was lied to and then the company had the audacity to tell customers to be okay with a fermented product. Disgusting.

Best figs EVER

I’ e tried many figs over the years, but could not find organically grown AND with no added sugar/sulfur. I jumped on these when I found out about them. Let me say they did not disappoint.

The bag is nice and has a tight zip lock so the figs stay fresh. I have reordered these and even got a bag for a friend.
